Modern AI content generation algorithms are typically trained on millions or billions of media items including text, audio, images and video. During this typically sequential training, the algorithms get very good at understanding patterns in human communication. This understanding can then be harnessed to author text, for example, that is nearly indistinguishable from human authored text.

The site attracted primarily physicians, physician specialists, and other researchers due in large part to the quality of the automatically generated text.
