The pathfinder service is a light weight rapid way to get started, explore a relationship with us, and have a clear idea of next steps. Typical recommended next steps might include a Xyonix dataset analysis, a full solution assessment or a fast track to model development.

 

  • We start by laying out our observations based on conversations with your team and our assessment of your data assets, documentation, and prior work. We include a detailed inspection of your data assets and capabilities, summarized in 3-5 bullet points. This is a general overview of what we believe are the most pressing issues with your current system and data.

  • We will document our distillation of your high level goals. We may include figures and visuals of what we are trying to achieve with your AI models. These goals are broad but crisp and your strategy will be designed to guide us toward realizing them over time.

  • We dive into exactly what should be done to achieve your high level goals. We focus on specifics, making sure your goals are measurable and actionable. We will include citations with links to more depth or background.

  • We will dig deep into specific recommendations. We will, for example, make model type recommendations, discuss how training data should be efficiently developed, define desired model outcomes, and how model efficacy should be assessed. We will also discuss how your product strategy should be modified to incorporate these evolving AI models to power a range of impactful features. We will be quite detailed, referencing specific algorithms, training and efficacy assessment techniques and more.
